You will become part of our international IT consultant team based in Japan, empowering our business growth by offering support on a range of IT user issues.

- provide first and second tier technical support and solve minor incidents for the end users.

- deal with the overall maintenance, upgrades of the hardware and software.

- resolve technical issues and troubleshoot network and hardware based faults.

- build a strong communication and escalate major incidents to the group’s IT support team









To take on this role, we expect the candidate having :

•Minimum Bachlor's degree in computer science/ engineering with a first experience within a similar function;

•Minimum 1 year experience in a similar level1/2 helpdesk support position;

•You speak fluent Japanese and English;

•You work well in team environments as well as are self-motivated/self-starting ...
