【Job Details】This is a customer service support technician job in a foreign-based company which is specialized in logistics service and transportation at tunneling and infrastructure site. -Test and adjust tunneling vehicles -Ensure vehicle receipt by the customers-Process customer request, -Deal with vehicle diagnostics-Provide training to the vehicle users-Report to headquarters,-Promote services and ensure customer satisfaction-Send feed-back experience in provided documents format (NCS, product improvement, etc...)-Organize own business trip (administrative+technical support documents, etc) 【Company Information】An foreign based company which is specialized in providing solutions , such as for the infrastructure sites in the world.【Working days and hours】Mon~Fri 8 hours /day + overtime【Holidays】Saturdays,Sundays,National HolidaysAnnual paid leave 【Contract】Long Term Contract【Location】Tokyo 【Application conditions】■Experience in mobile machines and hydraulic field. -Knowledge of assembly methods and procedures preferred -Construction machinery maintenance experience preferred-Hydraulic and electrical on mobile machinery experience preferred■Able to travel between work sites. ■Office software skills (office, excel, PPT, outlook)■Able to working in an international environment■Business level of English (spoken, written)■Conversational Japanese or above 【Salary】Annual salary : 6~8 millions 【Other Benefits 】Social insurance
