Description: 

Main job responsibilities will include:


•Accounting – supervise and work with an accountant in performing client billings, A/R and A/P activities, general ledger and account reconciliation;


•Reporting– prepare and report monthly actual financial results, including income statement, balance sheet and related schedules as well as Intercompany transactions;


•Budget & Forecasting– preparation of the annual budget and the monthly forecasts;


•Management Reporting– preparation of monthly management information including commentary, company financial performance, comparison to budget and prior year, utilization of staffing, revenue by types etc.;


•Working Capital- management of accounts payable, accounts receivable & invoicing, collection, cash flow, credit review and credit insurance and reporting of working capital performance;


•Internal Control– quarterly testing and reporting of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements;


•Other ad-hoc requests or reporting as requested by regional/corporate office
