Japan Mobility is currently looking for a Relocation Consultant for a fast paced real estate and relocation company in Nagoya. The primary focus of the position will be to coordinate and assist clients with all aspects of their relocation to ensure that their move is smooth and seamless. This position is perfect for someone looking for a possible long term career move. Gain valuable business experience in Japan as well as develop skills and knowledge in the real estate and relocation industry.The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, strong customer service, management and/or sales background, plus a business level knowledge of Japanese. Knowledge and/or experience in the Nagoya area is preferred. Candidates with CIR experience and additional foreign language skills will be given special consideration.Specific Tasks:ā€¢ To enthusiastically provide comprehensive client service and support for clients relocating to Japanā€¢ Network to further develop the Japan Mobility brand ā€¢ Responsibility for carrying out administrative work as requiredQualifications & Education Requirements:ā€¢ Outgoing, friendly and personableā€¢ Knowledge of the local area preferableā€¢ Minimum 2 year college degree with a 4 year degree preferredā€¢ Strong communication skills in both English and Japaneseā€¢ Business level Japanese or betterā€¢ Native level English skillsā€¢ Sales skills and experience preferredā€¢ Minimum of two years work experience in Japanā€¢ Experience living and/or working abroadā€¢ Must be able to drive in Japanā€¢ Must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointā€¢ Detail orientedā€¢ Ability to work to a schedule, and manage own time effectively to meet deadlinesā€¢ Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skillsā€¢ Must be resourceful and able to work both individually as well as a team member
