POSITION DESCRIPTION

The (Key) Account Manager is hands-on and responsible for driving Volex profitable growth with core Japanese customers at local and regional level. You shall act as ultimate face of Volex to the customers and be the key contact point for all interactions.

Ability to develop and implement account strategies focusing on deeper alignment and penetration of your accounts, expanding new opportunity pipelines, design win closure rates and revenues within your accounts in the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement account strategies, focusing on deeper alignment and penetration of your accounts, expanding new opportunity pipelines, design win closure rates and revenues within your accounts in the region.

• Setting quarterly goals and objectives, planning and managing regional budgets, compiling and presenting regional activities to executive management while building and managing executive level relationships for achievement of defensible revenue growth.
