Teacher, Instructor for English (and possibly Physical Fitness)

UP Inc. is a well-established educational brand in the Nishinomiya area.We are looking for full-time native English instructors for our cram school branch. Our ideal candidate would also be able to work at our P.E. branch.STARTING DATE- As soon as possibleLOCATION- Various locations in Nishinomiya, Kobe, Takarazuka, Sanda, and Osaka.SALARY- 280,000 yen monthly, initial 2-month training period will be hourly close to the stated salary- Transportation reimbursedCONTRACT- 1-year contract with renewal and salary increase opportunities based on performanceWORK SCHEDULE- 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday- 7 hours a day between 8:30-22:00- 35 hours a week (includes a 60 minute break each day) YEARLY SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS - 110 scheduled days off - 10 paid vacation days after 6 months (with over 80% attendance)- Must work most national holidays- Time off during Golden Week, Summer and New Year’s- Should be flexible, especially during Japanese school vacation periods- Yearly company tripsSOCIAL INSURANCE- ProvidedVISA- Sponsorship available (Applicants must meet immigration requirements)DUTIES- Teach English to up to 30 students at a time- Help to plan and develop English teaching materials- Continuously improve the current curriculum- Plan, prepare, and carry out seasonal events (Summer/Halloween/Christmas/etc.)- Conduct English language training for Japanese staffREQUIREMENTS- Native or near-native English speaker- Residing in the general area- Valid working visaPREFERRED- Experience teaching students 6 months to 15 years old- Coaching/Kindergarten experience (P.E. branch)- Special skills that you can contribute to improve our curriculumIDEAL CANDIDATE- Able to work both independently and in a team- Attention to detail- Able to adapt to a Japanese work environment- Creative individual able to think on their feet- Motivated and eager to learn- Energetic and friendly- Passionate about teaching- Physically fit and active (P.E. branch)TO APPLYPlease include the following information through GaijinPot:1.
