Your Tasks:



Planning and Execution of Events and Promotional Activities



Planning and executing company event strategies for all topics associated with Fuso, which includes but not limited to Test Drives, Customer Events, Product Launches, Promotional Events and External Events (Motorshow, Tradeshows, etc.)

Ensure that events are in line with the company’s strategy and business goal.

Using the latest marketing and promotional techniques to reach a wider audience



Interaction with Stakeholders



Regular communication with stakeholders, such as suppliers, agencies and other marketing teams to align timelines, resources and planned activities

Establish an early communication by coordinating topics from other departments (Product Management, Regional Centers & Sales Centers, Corporate Communication, Customer Services)

Participate in meetings in order to take and place assignments

Follow up and keep task tracker of different project initiatives up-to-date



Strategic Planning



Collaborating with other members of Events and Promotion team and other Marketing teams on an overall team/department strategy
