Business Development Manager

We are looking nationwide for a Business Development Manager to actively support the growth of our financial adviser firms. This is a home based role with travel involved but we give you everything you need in a generous package. The vacancy is open to anyone in the UK however you must be prepared to relocate if you live significantly outside North England or Midlands as this is where the role will primarily be based. Business Development Managers will work closely with the Head of Business Sales. You will prospect, network and follow up on leads to win new firms and advisers into the TenetLime brand. We are interested to hear from candidates who have a highly successful background in business development, sales, account management, sales management or recruitment. Preferably you’ll have experience in financial services in a mortgage & insurance network but this is not essential. Business Development Manager Key responsibilities You will guide new firms and advisers though the authorisation process liaising with various head office functions to ensure smooth transition of firms and advisers through the on boarding process. You will establish good working relationships with our Authorisations, T&C, Training and Compliance teams both in the field and at head office ensuring applicants go through the process in a timely and efficient manner. Provide regular market feedback and trends to the Head of Recruitment and assist with the marketing and lead generation plans when required.
