Rakuten Travel is the the largest online travel agency in Japan and has ambitious plans to expand globally to the rest of the world.



You will join the department responsible for this global expansion and support the head of the department (General Manager) and other department members in the daily business administration of the department.



[Job Scope]

● Personal assistant to General Manager of International Business (30%)

(Translation support, admin work including expenses, arrange meetings, travel bookings, assist in personal matters such as bills, taxation filing, insurance etc)



● Assisting the team's business administration (70%)

 - (Invoicing, filing internal approvals, moving it through the process, getting supplier quotes, comparing and recommending, organising meetings / events / dinners etc)

 - Assist with desk research and PowerPoint presentations preperation

- Biliingual in English and Japanese

- Strong organisational skills

- Meticulous and responsible

- Solution oriented

- Good interpersonal skills

- English: Fluent Level

- Japanese: Native Level
