Develop long-term consumer activation strategy for Glo aligned to the global activation strategy Develop annual consumer activation plan with thorough cost-benefit analysis and commercial viability assessment- Maximum consumer reach / Maximum conversion to sales On-time and In-full deployment of consumer activities, achieving all KPIs set for each activity. Activities include but are not limited to parties, events, workshops, surveys, and all other possible ways to directly engage and excite consumers Develop activation platforms that will best cater to the overall activation and THP category strategy. Potential channels include but are not limited to conventional retail, resorts, clubs, and others that are relevant with our target consumers On-going management of all consumer activations. Track performance, collect learnings, and seek for continuous improvement Management of activation agency on outcome delivery, performance and morale
