We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team to support our rapidly growing global player base. On user support you will be tasked with handling a wide variety of inquiries from our players ranging from connectivity/network issues to in-game content and bug tickets. It is a perfect position for someone that is interested in getting into Game Development as our customers voices drive our product development and growth. Our philosophy to game making has always been and always will be to marry our passion and our ability to analyze data so that we can continue to make games that are fun, captivating and successful.●Required Skills- Education – Bachelor’s degree required- English – Native level- Strong communication skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.- Ability to think creatively- Collaboration and teamwork skills- Ability to make informed decisions●As a Bonus- Proficiency in Japanese- Proficiency in other languages- Photoshop skills- Prior experience in game development- Knowledge of current industry trends (mobile game addicts)
