We are the exclusive provider of sports hospitality for Rugby World Cup 2019 and expected to be so for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as well.This Marketing Manager role will incorporate the full marketing mix and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of activities, with a domestic market emphasis. Working with CRM systems, automated marketing systems; data-led marketing and updating websites using CMS systems. Strategically planning campaigns, with deep involvement in implementation including proofreading and copywriting.Also supporting sales events, producing marketing brochures, newsletters and reports on advertisements. Identifying potential partnership deals and marketing opportunities by using partner databases.All friendly, professional, and efficient candidates are welcome to apply![KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]Advertising:・Identify new opportunities in the market to promote STH Japan through advertising・Support Head of Marketing to brief and negotiate with media partners on implementation of advertising plans including measurement and evaluationsPR & Communications:・Support the delivery of marketing and communications including the Company’s brand through the marketing of corporate hospitality products・Implement the PR strategy agreed with the Head of Marketing・Liaise with the Head of Marketing and keep him informed of all relevant developments・To support in managing all corporate communications and brand managementDigital:・In conjunction with the International Marketing Manager, optimize and improve the digital media strategy, including automated marketing systems and use of social media and digital mediaMarketing collateral creation:・Support Head of Marketing on creative brief and guideline development for collateral creation・Assist with the development and proofreading of sales tools to be used by the Sales Team including digital and printed materialsEvents:・Assist in the delivery of sales and marketing events targeted at potential hospitality customers, including the management of contracted partners and suppliersRelationship Management:・Build strong and effective relationship management and engagement both internally and externally・Maintain close liaison and good working relationship with all company employees, external agencies and creative advisors, including ensuring that such agencies and advisors provide services within the budgets agreed with the Head of Marketing and the International Marketing Manager・Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Marketing[THE SUCCESSFUL PROFILE]・Capable in both written and spoken Japanese and English・Outstanding communication skills - both oral and written, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, thrives under pressure, dedicated, meticulous, adaptable, and hopefully an interest in sports.
