Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

Interface with Rakuten NOC team and provide support for vRAN / EMS related Configuration / Fault Management / Performance issues

Debug the Rakuten NOC team reported issues and respond to Rakuten if they are config related issues. If they are software issues, need to open a ticket to R&D/Critical Support team and follow up on the resolution and patch rollout

Provide daily feedback to Rakuten on NOC reported issues

· 6 – 15 years of experience

· Previous experience in Configuration/Fault Management/Performance in Telecom Domain

· Previous experience of working/maintaining EMS/OSS of any telecom network component

· Knowledge of Wireless Mobility Technology desirable – 3G/4G

· Hands on work experience of testing EMS / OSS is desirable

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Japanese & English ...
