Ahead Consulting is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our client, a leading RPA SaaS Company as a permanent employee.



You will take a hands-on role in providing support and maintenance of the end user environment by analyzing requirements and resolving problems. You will also be responsible for administration and support of the company’s computers, mobile devices, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, asset management, license tracking, and performing computer maintenance, upgrades and configurations.







Duties & Responsibilities:



Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.



Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Office IT Support Desk.



Manage computer setup and deployment for new employees.



Modify configurations, software, etc. for devices.



Manage users, systems, application, and policies within directory services.



Maintain hardware and software inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.



Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required.
