【Responsibilities】

• To be in charge of emergency phone, call support for suppliers and customers on the ground.

• To coordinate welcome call for Luxury customer upon arrival and be the person to go to for agent’s additional services

• Quality control : make sure that EXO Japan standards meet agents’ expectation in terms of customer services, suppliers selection by market needs: Luxury, standard etc..

• Handle complaint from customers/ agents and be the person in-charge to reply to agent.

• Coordinate with Operations manager and ops staff about customer needs and complaints.

• Impart customer care skills knowledge and provide training if necessary
