■ Have the Isolated Room for Working from Home (WFH ) – Covid-19 Operation ■ Have the own INTERNET for WFH – Covid-19 Operation

After we finished WFH Operation, must work at Office / KL



Working conditions

Shift work,

■ 5 days a week during day shift (basic 40-hour work excluding breaks)

■ 4 days a week during night shift (basic 40-hour work excluding breaks)

Working hours

■ Day shift (1hour break)

JST 8:00 - 17:00

JST 9:00 - 18:00

JST 10:00 - 19:00

JST 12:00 - 21:00

■ Night Shift

JST21:00 - 8:00

Business content – Retail & Finance + Hospitality under Maintenance service

1 Receiving issue calls from customers directly in Japan via telephone or email 2 Create a ticket (Service Request=SR) from a customer’s issues

3 Management of Service Request=SR

4 Dispatch Field engineer and System engineer

5 Parts ordering work from field engineers

6 Support work for engineers who is doing installation ,removal, remodeling, etc.









Required skills

■ Communicate in Japanese without any problems

■ Use KEIGO in Japan ...
