Description: 

Hardware/Software break fix. Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. • Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.





• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.

• Solid client service skills. Additional knowledge on troubleshooting mobile phones (android / IOS), IPC turrets, Install Move Add Change (IMAC) experience, video conferencing equipment, ServiceNow usage will be a plus

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Typically requires 2-4 years relevant Deskside Support experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.

- Can be non-native candidates who can speak very good English (Japanese language skill are not so important but will be a plus)

- Advantage will be given to non-native candidates that have N3 Japanese and above or trading floor support experience ...
