Details are below:The ECE specialist role helps in the support and professional development of the team regarding early childhood education best practices. Interested parties should have a strong understanding of classroom management, developmentally appropriate practices, and curriculum creation. Experience in a Reggio Emilia setting is preferred but not mandatory. Teachers who have interest or experience student-led and project-based methodology are highly preferred.
