Delivery of internal communications

• Lead internal communications that support the overall business strategy and priorities, engage employees in the firm’s vision, brand and purpose

• Work closely with communications and marketing teams at a local and regional level in order to deliver communications assets that are consistent with JLL’s branding and campaigns

• Produce and publish content, including, internal announcements and events, intranet, presentations etc.

• Work with local stakeholders to help deliver locally driven events and initiatives



Support of External Communications and Branding

• Assist Head of communications to deliver external communications planning and delivery for Japan

• Work with marketing teams to help deliver integrated campaigns, branding and social media/SNS

• Support ad-hoc marketing and business needs by working with counterparts

• Support brand/brand awareness building and work closely with Japan marketing team and global/APAC brand team as a Japan’s focal point in particular on brand messaging

• Work with JBS (India) to post press releases and other PR content on JLL Japan’s corporate site in the right timing
